Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wnayara, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at wnayaraofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
