Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging
🚫 We do not accept returns for:

Items purchased on sale or clearance

Items damaged due to misuse or wear

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at wnayaraofficial@gmail.com with:

Reason for return

Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
